Is 100% click through really possible?

In short, yes. Our sister company, Being Smarter has a number of ventures and has been using the system for several years with tremendous success. If you are focused on your target selection, can get your email through a spam filter and write a short, sharp, relevant introduction within your email – your target will click the link. From there of course – it’s down to the compelling nature of your content. We can only get you so far down the sales process…

How many users could I add to the system?

As many as you wish.

Unlike many online services, we don’t charge per user – we charge a flat fee. You as the administrator of the system have the ability to add as many users as you wish.

Once I’ve ordered – how quickly can I get access to my system?

Our Take Away service is normally available within 48 hours (working days only). Typically a new domain name takes between 12 and 48 hours to propogate around the Internet anyway – and so earlier access wouldn’t make much sense as no one would be able to access your pages.

As this service offers custom built templates integrated into the system, whilst we can provide you with access to the system within 48 hours, we have to allow time to build these templates. Typically this process will take around a week. Your sales team should therefore be expect to be fully up and running within a working week.

Can you help me with my sales process generally?

How should I use this URL once I’ve created a page?

Speaking from experience, we tend to use email to access targets. Email is often abused as a format, and so we find when we create personal, well-written, well researched, cold approaches, we stand out from the crowd. When a personalised URL is added to the email – people tend to be even more impressed.

Email introductions need to be short and snappy – a couple of short paragraphs at most. Remember, your target typically has no time. They need the point to be made quickly. If you resonate with them, they will keep reading. Make the subject line intriguing and also relevant – test them out with people.

Add the URL after the introduction and then sign off quickly with a well written footer of contact details. You may not achieve 100% – but we can assure you that using this technique will be much more effective than 1% click throughs many mass email campaigns get.

Can I sample the Take Away templates before I buy?

Yes – they are available in the demo.

If I’ve ordered the Take Away service could I customise my own templates?

Yes – and we recommend you do. It doesn’t make sense to put a completely unbranded template up to the people you are approaching. You need to choose the correct words perhaps describing your product or service… perhaps embed a video and contact details etc.

We give you full instructions on how to do that for your installation. You don’t need to know any programming – you just need to know how to edit a file and we provide fool proof instructions. Do note – you will need to be able to use and run an FTP client. It’s essential a file manager, but for managing and uploading files to your dedicated hosting area. Don’t worry – we show you how.

Who owns the domain I’ve chosen?

As we register the domain for you for 12 months only. Being Smarter Ltd will own the domain for as long as you rent the service from us. If after 12 months you decide to leave the service, we can transfer your domain name into your name, in which case you will need to pay the registrar for an additional 12 months or longer. Alternatively, the domain will pass back to the registrar.

If you decide to cancel the service during the 12 month period – again we are happy to transfer the domain back to you and will provide the relevant instructions.

How does the order process work?

Once you have decided which service you would like to purchase, you will pay using our merchant provider, which is PayPal. Note you do not have to have a PayPal account – simply enter your credit card details.

You will then receive a login and password via email and a link to login to the system. From here, you will be guided through the process of getting your system up and running by submitting the various details we need. Note if you are a DIY customer, once you login, you will be directed to the setup documentation.

Can I add my own template files?

Yes of course.

Again – you will need to access your hosting area via an FTP client – we provide the details on how to do that. Once logged in, simply transfer the template files into the correct directory and the system will immediately recognise them.

Are there instructions to help me build my own template files?

Yes, once you are a paid up member for any service level, you will have full access to this information. Creating a template file from scratch does require some programming expertise, however customising an existing one is much more straightforward.

What options are there for the Fully Loaded video?

Any video of course can look however you wish and so in theory, there are an infinite number of options.
